Tersoo Kula is the Chief Press Secretary (CPS) to the Executive Governor of Benue State, Rev. Fr. Dr. Hyacinth Iormem Alia. As the Governor’s official spokesperson, he is responsible for managing government communications, public information, media relations, and strategic engagement between the Benue State Government, the media, and the general public.

A seasoned journalist, media strategist, and communications professional, Tersoo Kula has built an impressive career in journalism and public affairs. Before his appointment as Chief Press Secretary, he served as a correspondent with the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA), where he distinguished himself through balanced reporting, professionalism, and extensive coverage of governance, politics, and national development.

As Chief Press Secretary, he coordinates the dissemination of official government information, oversees media engagements, prepares policy communications, and ensures that the activities, programmes, and achievements of the Benue State Government are effectively communicated to citizens and the international community.

Tersoo Kula has been instrumental in strengthening public communication under the Alia administration by promoting transparency, timely information dissemination, and constructive engagement with stakeholders. His leadership has enhanced the visibility of government initiatives across traditional and digital media platforms.
