Mr. Sende who hails from Tarka local government area was born on 13th June, 1968.
He had early education at LGEA Primary School, Wanune, 1972 – 1978, where he obtained the First School Leaving Certificate. He received Secondary School education at St. James Seminary, Makurdi, 1979 – 1984, where he obtained the West African Examination Certificate (WAEC). Thereafter he attended the College of Education, Katsina-Ala, 1992 – 1995, obtaining the Nigerian Certificate in Education (NCE). From 2006 to 2009 he read and obtained the Bachelor of Education degree in Social Studies at the Benue State University.
He started his working Career as a teacher at Yion Day Secondary School, Orya, Gboko LGA, 1995 – 1996. From 1996 – 1997 he taught at Mbachonghul Community Secondary School Ijorimenger. Thereafter he moved to Kaduna and picked appointment with 7-up Bottling Company, 1997 – 1999. He returned to Benue and was employed by the Benue Health Fund Project, Makurdi, 2000- 2002 and Benue State Electoral Commission, 2002 – 2004.
Mr. Sende was elected as a member, Benue State House of Assembly, representing Tarka Constituency from 2011 – 2015.
He has held several positions of responsibility. These include Games Master, Vice-Principal, Cashier and Head of Department. At the Benue State House of Assembly, he was Chairman, House Standing Committee on Science and Technology as well as Chairman, House Standing Committee on Housing and Urban Development Board.
A widely travelled man, Mr. Sende has travelled to many countries including Benin Republic, Kenya, South Africa, Ethiopia, India, Israel, UAE and USA.
Before his current position he had been appointed Sole Administrator of Tarka local government council.
Married with children he enjoys travelling and football as hobbies.
