Novus Mfb Commences Induction Training For It’s Banking Agents

As the applications for Novus Microfinance Agent Banking Officers ended 28th September, 2024, Management is set to commence induction trainings of shortlisted applicants on Wednesday, 2nd, October 2024 at the Bank’s Head office seated at plot BNA 10558 New Bridge Road Makurdi Benue State by 9am prompt.

The Induction Training will be held as in the attached schedule across various locations in the state. Applicants are required to bring along one passport-sized photograph when attending the training sessions.

The onboarding of Novus Agent Banking officers is in line with the Benue State Financial Inclusion Project of the Rev. Fr. Dr. Hyacinth Iormem Alia led Administration, this is aimed at engaging 3,000 applicants as Agent Banking Officers across the 276 council wards of Benue State, ensuring that Benue residents gain access to banking services within a 5-kilometer radius across the state.

The Highlights of the Project includes but not limited to

• Enhancing access to formal banking, reduce gender and age disparities, and raise financial literacy.

• Empowering individuals, create jobs, and support government programs.

• Supporting small businesses, market women, trades, MSMEs, and vulnerable populations, including IDPs.

• loans, grants, and insurance to small holders farmers.

This message should serve as a reminder to all applicants to check their emails regularly, applicants are advised to be seated by 8:30 as late coming will not be tolerated.
